“Yo Gucci, I’m really happy for you, Imma let you finish but Fendi had one of the best monogram comebacks of all time”
If you haven’t noticed, Fendi is really striking hard with monogram everythang and honestly…we’re here for it! Things started to heat up when Kim Kardashian West posted a photo on Instagram draped in vintage monogram on the cover of ODDA 14 February issue.
Once these pictures hit the net, it seem like all of instagram lit up with “FF” logo tights, pants, skirts and of course accessories. Fashion divas such as Marlo Hampton, Hailey Baldwin, Rita Ora and the Hadid sisters can be seen rocking the Italian house signature motif.
Now I know Gucci was the first to re-define monogram tights with its “GG” logo release last summer with assorted colors but Fendi said “Yo Gucci, I’m really happy for you, Imma let you finish but Fendi had one of the best monogram comebacks of all time” 🤷🏾♀️. Maybe it’s the classic black and brown combo that’s drawing me more towards Fendi; not really sure but what I can say is Karl Lagerfeld is killing it for Fall 2018.
